The quote. Your writer proposes a fixed price, split into stages, before anyone signs anything.
The files. Chapters as they arrive, and the material the book is drawn from. Either of you can add to it, and it stays with the book.
The messages. One thread per book. When your writer replies, it lands there and we email you.
The money. Funded a stage at a time and held. Nothing is released until you approve.
The money moves at the speed of the manuscript
Your writer proposes a fixed price split into stages. You pay for the outline when the outline arrives, the draft when the draft arrives. In between, the money sits held, and your approval is what gets it released.
